Hailing from Vancouver BC, singer-songwriter Desirée Dawson’s music is made to get any audience feeling and healing. Whether solo with her ukulele or in harmony with her band, her lyrics and soaring vocals always leave a lasting impression on her audiences. A CBC radio favorite, Desirée’s music has been features on numerous CBC programs, and has her songs on regular rotation and won the CBC Searchlight contest in 2016. Her recent EP ‘Meet You At The Light’ was nominated foe a JUNO and the title track’s music video won Best Music Video at SXSA 2022.
